It has been exactly 5 long years since Marvel Comics ex-boss Stan Lee died in Los Angeles on November 12, 2018 at the age of 95. As a number of online tributes attest, he was one of the most acclaimed authors of his generation.
Today, fans of Stan Lee along with the rest of the world have been remembering the iconic man he was.
Lee, a cultural icon
Born Stanley Martin Lieber in New York on December 28, 1922, his career spanned an arc over many different eras and tastes in American history. Lee was not just a great author, he was an icon, an all-around inspiration to everyone.
His legacy continues to grow as new generations of fans are discovering his unique heritage.
It's been 5 years since the tragic loss of Stan Lee and his personality still resonate strongly within us all. Although Stan Lee is no longer physically here, his presence is more powerful than ever. He left a void that has yet to be filled.
